I have been around awhile now. Years ago, when I first started working I had some great co-workers. In today’s work environment it seems that the mentality has digressed that the co-worker is becoming more of a competitor. A competitor for promotion, a competitor for sales, a competitor for more hours in a business place more attuned to creating profit for investors than employment for citizens.

Have we, as a nation, improved our environment or merely created a more stressful one? Have we lost site of By the People, For the people, with liberty and Justice FOR ALL?  I wonder.
